Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We've kept it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

Panaroma Automations is a marketing and automation agency operating under Italian law.

Data controller:

Panaroma Automations di Parsan Hamidi (sole proprietorship)

Email: [email protected]

If you have any question about your data, email us at the address above.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us. When you book a strategy call, fill in a form, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any information you choose to share about your business and its marketing.

Data collected automatically. When you visit this website, we and our service providers collect your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, how you arrived here (for example, the ad you clicked), and cookie identifiers. See section 8 for how to control this.

Data from other sources. If we contact your business as a prospective client, we may have obtained your business contact details from publicly available sources such as your company website, business directories, or professional social media profiles.

3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data for the following purposes:

  • To schedule and run your strategy call and respond to your enquiries — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To follow up on your enquiry by email, SMS, or phone after you've contacted us or booked a call — our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To send you marketing communications by email or SMS where you have agreed to receive them — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to any SMS, or by emailing us.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including showing you relevant ads on Meta platforms and measuring whether our ads work — your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website — our legitimate interest in running our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who we share your data with

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run our business. They process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes:

  • HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) — the platform that powers this website's forms, our booking calendar, CRM, and email/SMS follow-up (United States).
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — advertising and measurement services. For certain measurement data, Meta acts as a joint controller; Meta's own privacy policy applies to its use of that data.
  • Communications providers used to deliver SMS messages and phone calls on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers and public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers (including HighLevel Inc.) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries and booked calls that don't become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Client data: for the duration of our agreement, then as long as required by law (accounting records must be kept for up to 10 years under Italian law).
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or object.
  • Cookie data: for the lifetimes stated in the cookie banner.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data;
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Restrict or object to our processing — including an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time;
  • Receive your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). You may also complain to the authority in your own EU country.

8. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

  • Necessary — required for the site to function. Always active.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site. Set only with your consent.
  • Marketing — used by advertising partners (such as Meta) to measure our ads and show you relevant advertising. Set only with your consent.

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner on this site or through your browser settings.

9. Children

Our services are directed at businesses. This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Security

We use reputable providers and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the information you share with us.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
